William R. Stanley has over 17 years of real estate experience in the acquisition, management and ownership of multifamily, office, industrial and retail properties. Previously he worked for U.S. Realty Advisors, Inc., an institutional real estate advisor where he participated in acquiring over $100 million in real estate properties. He also served as an investment banker at Bear Stearns & Co. where he worked on numerous financings, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Stanley has an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College and an M.B.A. in Real Estate from Columbia Business School.
