Leonard M. Shendell graduated from Pace University in 1965. Since that time he has been active in public accounting, corporate finance, investment banking and real estate. He has been responsible for numerous initial public offerings, corporate mergers, syndication's, private placements and institutional financing. He served as Vice President at Cantor, Fitzgerald & Co., Inc., a leading investment banking firm. In addition, Mr. Shendell served as an Instructor of Finance at New York University. Current affiliations include: Bronx Board of Realtors, Bronx Realty Advisory Board, Rent Stabilization Association, and National Association of Realtors. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York State.
