Michael Rogers brings to the team a strong corporate financial background developed through varied experience as an auditor, financial business manager and as a Controller. He received his Masters Degree from Iona College in Financial Management and is awaiting accreditation as a "CPA" from New York State. In addition Mr. Rogers is certified by The National Center for Housing Management as a Certified Occupancy Specialist "COS", a Certified Manager of Maintenance "CMM", a Certified Financial Manager "CFM" and a Certified Manager of Housing "CMH".
